Adding a Member: Click '+ NEW MEMBER'. Enter their DOB and the system will auto-calculate their age. Saving generates a unique ID and sends an automated notification to the Coach Portal.
Editing a Member: Click any row to view their profile, then click 'Edit'. If you change a swimmer's Squad allocation during an edit, a notification is sent directly to the coaches informing them of the roster update.
Deleting: Found inside the Edit menu. This permanently removes the member and their chat logs, and alerts the coaches.
Click "Comms" to open the Message Centre.
Portal Notices: You can broadcast a message to "All Members", a specific Squad, or an individual. When they log into their portal, it will pop up on their secure dashboard.
Bulk Email Drafts: If you select a target group and tick the "Generate Email Drafts" box, the system will automatically create individual emails for everyone in that group. You can review them in the Drafts tab, or hit Send All to dispatch them instantly.
The system is built around the club's annual March 1st rollover date.
1-Click Renew: Inside a profile edit screen, click the green 1-Click Renew button to automatically update their Start Date to today, reset their Code of Conduct status for the new season, and alert the coaches.
Select the columns to include in your PDF. The export will automatically respect your current search filters or checkbox selections.
Renew for the upcoming season?
This sets their start date to today and resets their Code of Conduct to 'Not Signed'.
